Ordering Guide

Placing an order in DycodeX Shop can be done by following the steps below.

  1. Find your desired item and submit your order. (See How to Place an Order section below for more details on how to submit an order from DycodeX Shop.)
  2. DycodeX Shop team manually screens your ordered items and confirms availability by contacting you personally, via email or other viable means, within 24 hours.
  3. Buyer makes payment.
  4. Buyer sends proof of payment.

If your item is available, we will ship your ordered items immediately.

If any or none of your item(s) is not available, kindy allow us a maximum of 14 days of grace period to produce your items, after which they will be shipped immediately.

How to Place an Order

  1. Find the items you wish to order. You can do this by looking through our catalogue or by searching for the items or the type of items you’d like to purchase on the search bar at the top right hand corner. Once you find your desired items, click the Add to cart button.
  2. You can view your Shopping Cart either by hovering over or clicking on the Shopping Cart icon at the top right hand corner. Continue browsing other items or click the green Checkout button to proceed to the Checkout screen.
  3. At the Checkout screen, fill in the required fields with your Billing Details. We will ship the items you wish to order based on the information you enter here. Tick the Create an account checkbox if you wish to create a DycodeX Shop account to skip this step in the future.
  4. Also at the Checkout screen, review your items and select your preferred shipping and payment method. Refer to our Payment Policy for more information about payment.
  5. When you’re ready to proceed, tick the I've read and accepted the terms & conditions. checkbox, then click on the green Place order button.
